At BlockBuddies.fun, we are committed to transparent pricing and reliable delivery.

If your country or shipping rate does not appear at checkout and you’re unable to complete your order, please contact us. We’ll be happy to provide a custom shipping quote for delivery to your location.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Shipping Origins

We ship orders from one of the following fulfillment locations:

  • Ontario, Canada

  • Niagara Falls, New York, USA

The shipping origin depends on inventory availability and your delivery location.Occasionally, certain products may not be available in our U.S. facility and will ship from our Canadian warehouse instead. In these cases, the shipment will be sent using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all applicable duties and delivery charges are covered prior to delivery. Please use our shipping calculator in checkout to view your shipping rates.


United States Shipping

All United States orders are shipped using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

This means:

  • All applicable duties, customs fees, and import taxes are included in your order total at checkout.

  • There will be no additional charges upon delivery.

  • The only shipping cost you pay is the carrier rate displayed at checkout.

There are no hidden fees or surprise charges for U.S. customers.


International Shipping (Outside the United States)

We proudly offer international shipping. However:

  • International orders are shipped with duties and taxes unpaid (DDU).

  • Any applicable VAT, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or additional charges required by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

  • These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not controlled by BlockBuddies.fun.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees or taxes, the order will not be eligible for refund.
